Ms. Word adalah salah satu program yang sangat populer di kalangan orang kantoran, siswa, mahasiswa, dll. Untuk itu saya sedikit memberikan info seputar shortcut keyboard pada Ms. Word. Langsung kita simak saja.CTRL :
- A : Seleksi semua teks dalam satu dokumen.
- B : Bold (cetak tebal)
- C : Copy ( salin)
- D : Format font (memunculkan kotak dialog font)
- E : Center ( rata tengah)
- F : Find (Mencari teks)
- G : Go to (menuju halaman/file tertentu)
- H : Replace (mengganti teks secara bersama sama)
- I : Italic (cetak miring)
- J : Justified (rata kiri kanan)
- K : Hiperlink (menggabungkan dengan halaman/file tertentu)
- L : Left (rata kiri)
- M : Increase Indent (paragraf maju) kebalikannya Decrease Indent ditambah shift.
- N : New document (membuat halama baru)
- O : Open (membuka dokumen)
- P : Print (mencetak dokumen)
- Q : Clear formating (menghilangkan format teks)
- R : Right (rata kanan)
- S : Save (menyimpan dokumen)
- T : Hanging (membuat paragraf menggantung), tambah shift untuk kembali
- U : Underline (bergaris bawah)
- V : Paste (menempel hasil copy-an/pindahan)
- W : Close dokumen (menutup dokumen)
- X : Cut (memindah)
- Y : Redo (kebalikan undo)
- Z : Undo (kembali kelangkah sebelumnya).
